Yes. Calmelon Baby Shampoo & Bath is suitable for children from 0 months to 4 years old. For children aged 4 and above, we recommend using the Calmelon Kids series, as the formula is enhanced to meet the needs of kids who engage in more outdoor activities.

No, the dense foam or bubbles does not indicate that the product is ineffective at cleansing. You don’t need excess of it to clean your baby. The Calmelon Shampoo & Bath is formulated with plant-based ingredients, so the bubbles are intentionally mild to avoid stripping away the skin’s natural moisture.

Food grade flavor is typically used in oral care products like toothpaste to enhance the smell or taste. In Calmelon products, we use food grade flavor to replace essential oils and fragrances, which is safe and edible.

Flavours are aromas used in edible foods & drinks, while fragrances are aromatic mixtures used to perfume self, toiletries & various industrial applications. Flavours are consumed orally while fragrances are only for external use.

No, our food grade flavors are made from natural fruit extracts and do not contain artificial scents or flavorings.

No, Calmelon KIDS Shampoo & Conditioner 2-in-1 does not contain silicone. It is formulated to be gentle, ensuring it is suitable for children’s sensitive scalps and hair.

We don’t condone testing on animals hence we are cruelty-free.

From the production, manufacturing or sourcing, we make sure that no animals are involved and harmed.

We test all prototype products first on ourselves, then on our families and friends, all on a voluntary basis. All products are assessed for safety during our product development process using cumulative irritancy testing on human volunteers. If a new product does not pass our strict standards, it does not make it to the marketplace.

The main triggers for G6PD deficiency are typically certain foods, viruses, or medications. Our skincare products are applied topically and do not contain menthol.

Yes, Calmelon KIDS Shampoo & Conditioner 2-in-1 is mild and gentle conditioner shampoo, it is suitable for children aged 2 years and above. It contains abundance extracts, which is Centella Asiatica Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Polygonum Cuspidatum Root Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour and panthenol (vitamin B5), which helps relieve itchiness and promote healing from skin conditions, and sodium cocoyl alaninate (SCA), an amino acid-based surfactant that is gentle on sensitive skin. Free from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Sulfate Surfactant, Soap, Paraben, phosphates, phthalates, artificial colorant, artificial fragrance, Alcohol, Silicone, artificial preservative.



The formula of calmelon products remain unchanged; however, due to the use of natural ingredients can vary slightly in different batches in terms of colour, texture and fragrance. This is simply an effect of using natural ingredients.

The change in scent is due to the food grade flavor in the lotion which can oxidize over time when exposed to air. As a result, the scent may be replaced by the natural aroma of sunflower oil, one of the ingredients in the lotion. Despite the change in scent, the lotion is still safe to use.

An allergic reaction to calmelon products is very rare as our formulations are dermatologist-tested to be gentle for sensitive skin.

However, if you felt your child has an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately. It is possible to be allergic to pretty much anything from essential oils and other natural ingredients. If you suspect you have a sensitivity, we would strongly recommend that you test a small amount of any new product on the inside of your elbow before applying it on your child. If you experience any redness or tingling you should return the product for a refund.

calmelon products are made in Malaysia at a GMP-certified facility with quality natural ingredients sourced from Korea and other countries worldwide, ensuring only the best goes into our formulation.

Our products have a shelf-life of 3 years from the manufacturing date. You can find the manufacturing date stamped at the side or bottom of your product.

Yes, Calmelon products are halal certified by JAKIM.

Shipping & Delivery

As we are still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in Malaysia, do expect delays in shipping and delivery depending on the traffic of the delivery company.

However, if you require the products fast, do drop us a message on our social media pages and we’ll try our best to help.

We care for the safety of our employees, suppliers, delivery partners, fulfillment team and customers. We continue to follow and react to up-to-the-minute official advice during this situation. We are adapting to make sure our online stores are a safe, reliable place to shop.

We currently only ship around Malaysia. But if you’re staying out of Malaysia and want to try our products, send us an email at hello@calmelon.com and we’ll try our best to bring calmelon to you.

*When shipping to a different country, shipping charges may apply and vary. calmelon is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.

When you order through our Instagram and Facebook page, upon packing of your order, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

You may track your parcel via the courier partners when you make your purchase through our official store on Shopee & Lazada.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing slightly longer than usual delivery time-frames. Our warehouse team are working as quickly as possible to pack and send out your calmelon goodies.

All orders placed on weekdays, before 2pm will be processed on the same day. All orders placed during weekends or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

If you are using ATM/bank transfer, kindly email us your payment slip and we will process your order accordingly.

Delivery timeline does not include processing time and subject to courier handling processing time. Usually the orders will arrive to you within 2-3 working days, during normal season, or take up to 5 working days during peak season and holiday season.

If you need to expedite your order, please drop us a message through our social media (Facebook & Instagram) or through the Messenger app on the website, together with your order ID for arrangement of self collect. However, please allow 1-2 business days for the order processing to be ready. 

Send your order ID, invoice and tracking number within 48 hours from your delivery date with photo evidence to hello@calmelon.com for us to rectify this. Reports sent without those information will be rejected.

If your request for claim is sent after 48 hours, it will be automatically rejected.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you are unable to cancel your order.

Kindly notify us immediately via Facebook or Instagram. However, we may be unable to amend shipping/contact details once it’s been shipped.

Return, Refund & Exchange

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@calmelon.com with your order invoice and photo of the damaged goods within 48 hours of the delivery date.

After the inspection from the calmelon team, we will send out the replacement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Products that have been opened/used are *non-returnable nor refundable.

Any product purchased elsewhere needs to be returned to its original place of purchase to seek a refund or exchange. If the retailer is unable to provide assistance, please email our customer care team at hello@calmelon.com and we will try to help. We cannot guarantee any returns placed through other retailers or unauthorized sellers.

Yes, but do contact us to make an arrangement before coming to our office.

Once we received your return, we will take about 7 days to process the refund if your item is qualified for a return.
